i wish there was a lower star than 1. Had my struts done, and they test drove it. After test driving it, they said its "good to go".I drove it out and the car was misaligned so bad to the left , I went back. (Please keep in mind they test drove it after the work.) I asked them how they didn't notice the alignment , their response was "I was not looking for that, only noises" So after 2 hours it was finally aligned The total time was 5.5 hours! Now some two months later something is shaking in the steering. I am sure its under a gaurantee, but would rather not waste my time again. Customer service pathetic, ignored me. Worst experience I ever had, not to mention expensive.
