      Loving Start Preschool Loving Start Preschool is a state-licensed, non-profit, non-discriminatory half day preschool, which began in 1991, and continues as a ministry of Bay View United Methodist Church. We are a Christian preschool that welcomes families and children of all faiths. You do not need to be a member of Bay View United Methodist Church.
