They served me cold food so I had to go stand by the counter to have them rewarm it, then they didnt give me everything that came with my meal the number 7 was supposed to come wit beans and mofongo I only go pernil n rice, not to mention they have little teengers working there that know nothing about customer service! After we ordered that waitress didnt come back to ask if everything was okay and when she finally came back all she said was wanna box for that....O.M.G maybe thats why the place was empty...we didnt tip and we dont plan on ever eating there again!!!!!!!!!

The menu is quite complete and the flavors authentic. The prices are very reasonable. I have been there three times now and have been happy with the food. Not with the service, though. Servers do not seem to have been trained at all, they will not come by your table to check on things and seem to be more interested in their conversations far from the dining area. Nor bring the check. They are never rude or anything like that, just behave too casual. I hope they work on this as it is a very nice, spacious, alcohol free place, but their poor service is hurting them.

The service is too slow and not very friendly. It's too bad becasue there isn't many Puerto Rican places in Milwaukee. I think if they step up the atmosphere they can boom here. The food is very good, no doubt. I grew up in Chicago (Humboldt Park area) so I love Puerto Rican Cuisine. It's time to represent Puerto Rico because Milwaukee is being drowned by Mexican Cuisine.

A friend recomended this place. I brought my cousin and my daugther as we walked in at 6:40pm noone greeted us.

The waitress aproach us and with and attitude asked us what we wanted to drink and eat, I asked her if we could look at the menu first and she walked away. I ordered a drink which she came back and said they don't have all the ingridients to make it. I believe a restaurant should have everything they offer in the menu. I shouldn't have to ask whats available from the menu.

After we got our food, half way through the waitress came back and ask that we take the rest home because they wanted to go home already. When I paid my bill I apologized for keeping them and told her I didn't realize it was 8 pm, which was closing time. However, when I got to my car it was only 7:30, so we basicly got kick out.

The food was tasteless and blant and the service the worse I ever had. I don't cook so I eat in a different restaurant everyday.

WOOOWWW...I'm speechless I love their food great place to bring the family for some hispanic food..Great food, Great location, Friendly atmosphere..I truely recommend this restaurant..
