Jason has tried multiple jury and bench trials and has argued before all levels of Wisconsin state courts, including the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Wisconsin Court of Appeals. He also regularly represents clients in federal court. He defends municipalities and other governmental bodies in excessive tax assessment actions, unlawful tax actions, special assessment appeals, civil rights cases arising under 42 USC Sec. 1983, and Fair Housing Act actions.
