  Robert is of counsel in the Milwaukee office. He practices in the areas of worker’s compensation, municipal law, insurance fraud and premises liability.

  Michael is a shareholder in the firm’s Milwaukee office. He represents employers in matters arising under a variety of state and federal employment laws. He also represents insurers in coverage matters and municipalities in matters arising under Section 1983. Though a skilled litigator, Michael enjoys counseling clients in effective litigation avoidance measures. Before joining Kasdorf, Michael practiced labor and employment law, and business law, representing employers and business owners in a variety of litigation, transactional, and personnel matters.

  Jennifer graduated from Marquette Law School in May 2004 with honors. During law school, Jennifer was a Managing Editor for the Marquette University Law School Intellectual Property Law Review. She also has interned for Wisconsin Supreme Court Chief Justice Shirley S. Abrahamson.

  David is a shareholder practicing in the worker’s compensation section. He practices in all areas of workers compensation defense including primary compensation, bad faith and penalty claims against both the employer and/or the carrier. He works directly with employers worker’s compensation insurers and third party administrators.
• Wrongful Termination
  Thomas represents employers in state and federal cases involving breach of contract, wrongful discharge, discrimination, overtime pay and many other employment related matters. He assists employers in handling matters arising under state and federal statutes and regulations such as the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. He responds on behalf of employers to investigations by the Wisconsin Equal Rights Division and the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

  Jason is a shareholder in the Milwaukee office. His area of practice is civil litigation, with a focus on municipal law, premises liability defense, and real estate litigation. Jason has tried multiple jury and bench trials and has argued before all levels of Wisconsin state courts, including the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Wisconsin Court of Appeals. He also regularly represents clients in federal court. He defends municipalities and other governmental bodies in excessive tax assessment actions, unlawful tax actions, special assessment appeals, civil rights cases arising under 42 USC Sec. 1983, and Fair Housing Act actions. He has also represented Boards of Review and defended clients before the Wisconsin Tax Appeals Commission and at Condemnation Commission hearings.
