FAST HONEST AND FRIENDLY THANKS EMERGENCY!!!!!! MY WIFE IS VERY HAPPY NOW........
We brought our plasma tv in for a relatively small repair, the work was done the same day (on a Saturday) and for substantially less than American TV wanted to repair it. Friendly staff, great prices and good work. No complaints!

Stereo in almost two weeks, no call, nothing. I call, on hold forever, call back, put on hold while I'm talking. Had to go in, girl didn't know anything, not helpful, guy who does work wasn't there, after 10am. Ridiculous, unprofessional, lacking in customer service, but she made sure I knew that they've been in business a long time. I don't know how. Don't bother talking to the owner, or the person who identified themself as the owner, they're worse. If you can, go somewhere else.

I had an excellent experience. They gave me a fair and prompt estimate on my 27" LG LCD as well as a thorough explanation of the issue before the work was done. The repairs and TESTING were done two days later. Staff was very courteous and even offered to carry TV to my car. *Note* I received a professional and accurate estimate and receipt, not sure what happened to Guest97440. Highly recommended!

Very deceptive practices. Does not honor estimate. Will not provide a proper reciept. Very bad reputation at the Wisconsin department of consumer protection.Call someone else.
