"Caring for patients with arthritis, diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol is the focus of my practice" Dr. Hafeez earned his degree in medicine from Dow Medical College, Pakistan, in 1989, and completed his residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York. He is board certified and a member of the National Committee for Quality Assurance and the American College of Physicians.
