i agree with all these comments above. they are totally terrible with their shipping time. and watch because nowhere on the contract does it say they will have the bike shipped to you by a certain time. ive been calling them almost every day trying to find out where my bike is and why it got shipped from arkansas to wisconsin when i live in pa. it is now sitting in a warehouse for over 2 weeks and hasn't moved. they ship all their bikes to a hub and another truck then delivers them to the final dest. but they don't tell you the bike sits till they can get a full load of bikes going this way. very very poor customer service. if i could rate them less then a 0 i would. save the aggravation and use another shipper. i cant believe these people are still in business.

Daily Direct/HaulBikes has not improved with time. I agree with the negative star rating, but it would be lower than negative 3. We're at 2 months and still waiting, it's been a big runaround from the get-go.They initially sent a truck for pick up that was too small, even though we gave them the dimensions. They apparently need to have teams of drivers, as their drivers "run out of hours" and have to stop at their homes and wait, apparently up to 3 days, based on the new delivery date they gave me today (the bike is less than 100 miles away, but they won't give me the info to go pick it up). Logistics, as in planning truck space and efficient delivery routes, is definitely not their strong point. Our delivery date has been changed repeatedly, and at this point I don't believe anything they tell me. Avoid these clowns at any cost. On the bright side, they only deliver bikes, they aren't brain surgeons!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want untold aggravation! They have the WORSE customer service people, they state a pick up window to load the bike and still NO ONE has called to advise what is up! I called them to confirm the EXACT day and now they say MAYBE 2 or 3 days later. They are TOTAL HACKS and I can't believe they are still in business!! Use ANYONE other than these FOOLS!!!!!!! If you have to use them be sure to write down EVERYTHING they say right from the get-go! Minus 3 stars for them! If you want to know how you'll feel doing business with them: Hit yourself as hard as you can with a ball peen hammer repeatably until you pass out from the pain... thats a pretty accurate sense !

Gave them one star because I couldn't rate them zero. Paid over $600 to have my bike shipped from FL to PA on July 2nd 2008 and it is now August 1st 2008 - still no bike. Worse is that they say it's at THEIR FACILITY in Milwaukee and they have no idea when a driver will be picking it up and heading this way. Already a month and still no light at the end of the tunnel. No idea how they got on eBay but STAY AWAY unless you can go without your bike for an extended period of time. I will never use this company again and will forever warn people away when shipping comes up in conversation. I JUST WANT MY BIKE!!!

Shipped a motorcycle from Arizona to Florida on time. The cycle arrived with damage. It has been 3 months talking with them to get paid for my insurance claim, AFTER they accepted my claim. Damage occurred at Christmas 2005, we are now into April 2006 and no check.
