The staff was very kind but when I took my daughter to a new dentist 6 months after Dr. Presswala, I was shown the x-rays which revealed 5 cavities, including one that required a root canal. the new dentist indicated that there was no way that the cavity did not exist 6 months ago when I saw the prior doctor. Now, I am struggling to get the records from Dr. Presswala's office!! I recommend you find an alternate dentist.

All of my appointments with Dr.Presswala were awful n I would never EVER recommend anyone to him or his office staff

Everything went fine.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time.

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.

Spends appropriate amount of time with patients

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Very rude desk staff and dentist. The only nice people were the hygienist.No bed side manners. Did not say HI just rips open your mouth, starts counting teeth and says see you in a year and leaves. Only wants to pull teeth, no root canals. Wow shouldn't that be done on only when really needed. Thank god I know when I am being scammed and stuck up for myself saw a different dentist who could not believe how I was treated and did a root canal. My tooth and jaw were so numb after the root canal did not feel a thing. With DR. Presswala a filling hurt me for 2 weeks. never again. I would rather pay though the nose than ever go to that mean unprofessional dentist again

Very RUDE staff.... when inquiring about a referral for the second that was suppose to be send out over 3 months ago for my father. The receptionisthuffed and singhed everytime I questioned her answers. She said my father was not suppose to need a referral but the other clinic was requesting it for me to make the appointment. She told me that he (the doctor) didn't have to do this that he was only going to it to make me happy. I try to explain to her that I was not trying to be rude or pushy but this my 2nd time calling about it and asked if it could be faxed so that I knew this would get done this time because the last 2 times it didn't. She then told me "then you should find another provider" and hung up on me. I can't believe this happen!!! What kind of service is that!!! Guess I will be looking for a new dentist don't want to deal with RUDE staff.
