Being a relative of a "former" client is the reason why I felt I had to tell my side of the story being that in a business like this you only her one side. Something that looks good is not as good! My family was lead to believe our relative would be respected and taken care of but was completely the opposite. Meds were missed days at a time, meals were prepared from days old SCRAPS, owners were almost always rude, etc... Please beware when looking into this facility, looks can be decieving!
