This place is a dump with horrible help most do not speak English on even a moderate communication level. Leaks all over the place theft from residents is commonplace Residents are not treated well Do not put any one you care for in this hole

I've read other reviews from another site about this facility and they are ALL bad reviews with ratings of 1 or 2. I would liKE to commnent on the communication of this facility....WHEN YOU CALL THEY ANSWER THE PHONE TELL YOU HOLD ON, SOMEONE ELSE PICKS UP TELL YOU THE SAME THING AND YOU END UP HOLDING ON FOR A VERY LOOOONG TIME. I HELD ON TO SEE JUST HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE AND SURE ENOUGH THEY ARE ABSOLUTLEY AWFUL IN WITH CONNECTING YOU TO YOUR RELATIVE. WHICH LEADS ME TO BLIEVE THE LOW RATINGS THEY'VE BEEN GIVEN. THIS SUCKS...HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSE TO TALK TO YOUR RELATIVES WHEN YOUR'RE OUT-OF-STATE, SHAME ON THEM!!!!
