Joy Brown has worked in the mortgage industry for 38 years. She began her career in 1980 as a processor and worked her way up thru processing to underwriting, and has been a loan officer since 2001. This wide range of experience makes her a true mortgage expert. Joy continues to be a top producer in the industry, closing more than $500 million in loans over the last 17 years. As a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia, she has achieved Gold status multiple years and Platinum status in 2017. She earned the title of Vice President for BankSouth Mortgage in May of 2018 in recognition of her success.
