General Info
This is a nice, quiet, little family campground with two beautiful ponds and waterfalls. We have RV sites with full hookups and tent sites with or without. Some sites are in the woods and some are in the clear and opened area. We also have sites around the pond. There is a playground area for the children along with volleyball and basketball too. We have chickens and rabbits for viewing by children! We have horseshoe pits and areas for bike riding, jogging and walking. Our back campground is set up for family picnics, birthday parties, bonfires, campfires and reunions. The Best part is that we are 3.5 miles from Broadkill Beach, 11 miles to Lewes and 16 miles to Rehoboth beach. Laundry room and shower are available. We also have a dumping station. Sites Available for Tents & Campers. Boating, Camping, Fishing. Full Hookups for RV's available year round. Houses, Mobile Homes and waterfront Beach house for rent. Located just minutes from the beach at the intersection of Rt 5 and Rt 1 in Milton DE. Great picnic area for family reunions and birthday parties.

Horrible experience! Owner was rude and treated my family horribly. The 3 sites we rented had electrical and water issues that made our stay very stressful. We definitely wouldn't stay here again.

The Brumbleys are extremely nice! The place is a hidden treasure. We held my son's birthday party at the pavilion and then pitched tents for the night. The kids loved everything: the fishing, swimming, the animals. Everybody that came made comments about how nice the place is and how they didn't know it was there (we are locals). We definitely plan to do it again.

They just put in a brand new pool and club house. Really nice. I would come back
