I don't know where the complaining customer went, but I assure you it wasn't LA nails. Their shop is clean. They are always updating their equipment and their shop for a more luxurious experience for the customer. The shop is extremely clean and the prices are amazing considering the skill level of the staff. I'm from NYC & coming to this area was difficult (almost impossible) to find the skills and quality I get from LA... I've been a customer for over 5 years.

If L.A. Nails were not doing things right they would not have been in business for ten years and would not have expanded their business and upgraded all their equipment (the best of everything). I previously went to various nail salons in the area and by far L.A nails is superior, It's the only place I'll go, The people that work there are very pleasant, experienced, talented and helpful. I am very particular about cleanliness and watch the folks carefully. I have never witnessed anything nasty about them. I recommend them to everyone just as they were recommended to me by lots of coworkers.

After being a client for many years, I have recently noticed that the manicure tools are not being sanitized between customers and if my suspicions are correct - they are reusing the disposable flip flops - HOW GROSS IS THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
