Founded in 1923, LaMonica Fine Foods is a bustling seafood supplier and is one of the largest hand shucking plants to operate its own fishing fleet and state-of-the art packing facility. In addition, to hand shucked chopped, the company offers crispy clam strips, minced clams, clam juice and traditional favorites scungilli and calamari. It sells fresh, frozen and canned clam and seafood products under the brand names of LaMonica and Cape May. AIB and other accredited third party auditing companies graded LaMonica Fine Foods as superior score five times since 2005.
