For my money, the best bakery in Pittsburgh. You have to search it out (hidden down in Millvale), but his almond croissants are to die for. I have never had anything bad there, and his danish, croissant, bread, cakes and pastries are all terrific. I worked just , across the river in Lawrenceville for about five years, and developed a real addiction to the Grand Marnier Creme Caramel that he made. His Breton cake makes a great gift to take to a friend's house.
