The facility is staffed with experienced nurses dedicated exclusively to eye surgery, and the facility provides state of the art surgical care at a much reduced cost for patients and the community. Along with cataract surgery, glaucoma and plastic surgery, the Surgery Center became the first outpatient facility in Delaware to provide outpatient vitreoretinal surgery for complex retinal disorders.
