I had my wedding dress cleaned and packaged here 20 years ago. It cost $100 for the whole process back then. They were supposed to dry clean it then put it in a sealed box. I just opened the box. The dress stained all over the front and wrinkled. They never dry cleaned it. It is completely ruined.
