In 1928, Billy Lee and Bessie Benefield Howard bought the Millington Telephone Company (MTC) for its indebtedness of $2,107.04 from a 'busted' stock company. The company then consisted of 40 telephones with orders to take out 20. The sparse outside plant was tacked up on fence posts and only eight-hour daytime service was offered. Millington Telephone offers a line of communications services and products including local service, long distance, Internet access, web hosting and telephone equipment. Millington s focus is to help both business and residential customers throughout western Tennessee communicate more effectively. Millington Telephone Company is headquartered in Millington, Tenn.

I am very unhappy with my internet speed. I have to use all of my phone's internet because my speed is so slow and disconnects often. They say I have the fastest speed they offer. I can't even use my firestick because of the speed it constantly buffers.

Unable to connect to some shopping and service sites overseas. Able to connect to those sites through proxies. This is an unnecessary process.
I am not impressed with this company.. We are with them because Millington does not have any other phone services. There customer service agents.. have 1 stock answer.. yes we know there is a problem but we do not know what it is. There internet service is Horrible.. it is slower then slow. If you are a customer service company then I would strongly suggest you invest in some training for your agents because your current agents have NO idea what customer service is... I am looking forward to any other company coming into Millington because I know many of us will gladly go to them

Since these guys have taken over as our network provider we have had constant network problems. Either these folks do not reset the servers or just have a general lack of monitoring. We have issues at least 2 or 3 times a week and EVERY weekend or holiday. Ritter needs to take a serious round turn and provide better service than they have so far.
