I'LL email YOU the report within 24-48 hours after MY inspection. MY JOB is NOT done until YOU understand everything in it, a general home inspection is performed AS a non-invasive. Visual examination of a residential property. While a home inspection will NOT reveal every issue that exists and cannot predict future conditions. An INTERNACHI – certified professional inspector® is trained to identify material defects within a Home’s specific systems and components that MAY have a significant. Adverse IMPACT on the value of the property. AS well AS those that pose an unreasonable risk to people. I will inspect the structure. Systems and components of the home. Inside and OUT.
