True Nature is a holistic country retreat where your body, mind and heart can be nourished and renewed. We have created a vital space in nature for real healing and transformation with the help of arts like Breema®, Hatha Yoga, Massage Therapy, meditative guidance, & delicious organic meals. We believe our retreats are a beautiful gift you can give yourself. They are especially helpful during times of stress and strife when you feel depleted, overwhelmed and in need of some time to yourself. Another wonderful time to retreat is when you find yourself going through a major life change or transition (or more than one simultaneously!). Retreats can be nurturing support when you are recovering from a traumatic event or are dealing with grief, or if you are simply ready to enjoy the bloomy grin of being who you Are. We offer three types of holistic retreats: 1. Overnight Retreats for individuals and couples. 2. Individual Treatments, Classes and Day Retreats for 1-25 people. 3. Special Retreats and workshops that we post on our Calendar of events.

Hands down...the BEST couples massage ever! :) My husband and I will definitely go back to True Nature Holistic Retreats for our massages.
