It offers a wide array of products, including Heini s lacey baby swiss, Amish milk can cheddar and lactose free Heini s yogurt cultured cheese. Heini s Cheese Chalet produces cheese using 100 percent Amish Farm Milk, which is certified to be free of artificial growth hormones. The company s cheese-makers produce a complete menu of all natural, artisan cheeses in many different styles ranging from deli wheels, slicing loaves, longhorn styles, cracker cuts and half moons. It purchases milk from over 250 small to medium size Amish farms.
