Use your gift certificate because they will not honor it and you will loose your or whoever got it for you will loose the money. Love the place but will not be back for another time because of this.

The atmosphere is great and the people were friendly, but that's not enough to compensate. I went all out for the full day package. I was welcomed with a hot chocolate and a stack of papers to fill out. I know that there are a few things they have to ask, but I don't think that includes a full medical history longer than some doctors offices. From there I changed into the usual spa attire and was taken to a seating area. Little did I know that I would be spending much of the day on that very bench. After about 20 minutes of waiting my massage therapist came and got me. She was very polite but the massage brought me more pain than relaxation. After that I went back to the seating area and waited again for about 20 min. I was then taken in for a facial that felt pretty good, but left my skin super oily. I then was taken back to what I deemed "the holding tank" for at least 30 min. The spa experience was rounded off by a very unprofessional mani/pedicure. The setting was beautiful.
