I was referred to Charmed Beauty Spa by Harriett's Closet. I picked up a wig at Harriett's closet due to hair loss. I called Charmed and left a message on their phone to schedule an appointment to get the wig trimmed (not much just the bangs and one of the sides looked thick). I also, after not hearing anything from the salon after a few hours, went on-line and scheduled an appt. I received an email stating that the appt. was not confirmed and not to come until it was confirmed. This was on Tuesday, it is now Friday. I never received a call or email to schedule this.I never write negative reviews but I have hair loss enough that a wig is needed or a hat. Hair for women is confidence and necessary for self esteem. I did not require much and would pay whatever to have it done. I am new to Milledgeville and I am not sure where to go for my wig trim. I am very disappointed in this salon to not even get an email or call. Obviously, not worth the trouble. You were given 1 star only because it made me rate you.

Small business delivering great individual service. No worries here about cleanliness of spa chair or sterilization of manicure/pedicure instruments. Extensive line of makeup. They do not "do" artificial nails so there is no feeling that you've breathed in a chemical plant during your visit. Very convenient location downtown.
