After 22 years with Superior Oil, then they merged with ck Smith, it's time to say goodbye to this company! You pay your bill, then they call or write and harass you for more money... Why don't you bother the people that don't pay, rather than the ones that do, rude of your company to do this!!!

Very dependable and reliable, office staff is always pleasant and helpful. I have had a late night emergency repair requiring a burner part replacement and the cost was amazingly low and in a few hours it was all set.

Since the merger with CK Smith, we have had 3 major errors on our account. The customer service is horrendous! We will be looking for a new oil provider after 15 years with them.
