My granny never gets a hot meal, only a lousy jelly and cream cheese sandwich! Cnas call and it never comes, something like they have to wait for some line! So then she has to eat alone, so she doesn't eat because she's uncomfortable! So she's losing weight! I feel the cnas do too much! Only a few I see running around doing everything while nurses are sitting at desk on their phones. I never see nurses help the cnas pass the food! Even overheard one cna tell the nurse to look at the food and nurse rolled her eyes! Saw once a cna try feeding a resident and the nurse came and gave her medicine then the patient wouldn't eat because she was holding the medicine in her mouth. Some of the staff are really nice with family and patients but others are very rude! I see most of them on their phones once came in late and saw one male cna with a Bluetooth talking in another language while my granny's calllight was on! Cnas seemed to be overworked lately! Rooms are terrible! Drawers falling apart toilets clogged every time I go in! I will say for the most part the patients seem happy but only when certain staff is there!

I was very satisfied with the help they gave me to get back on my feet. The place itself was very clean and the staff was very good, anything I ask they would do,the care they gave me was good. The workers were polite and called by Mr.I would reccomend this place for any one who have to get rehab or long term or altimamizers help.
