Our newly renovated venue is located in Millburn - one of the trendiest areas in Essex county. The loft is situated on the 3rd floor of a quiet building and offers a full floor that can also be divided into two spaces. with our draperies and lighting, a soothing ambiance or a dance party theme is also an option. The 10 foot ceilings, draperies, and the spaciousness of the loft provides array of party setups. The venue features all-white space, bar and small pantry, 1 private bathroom, A/C, Wi-Fi,, sound systems and elevator access. Cumulatively, the space is 1400 sq ft and can comfortably host 80 people, with room to spare. We host a vast array of private and corporate events, small wedding receptions, New Year and holidays parties, launches, media events, focus groups, fundraising, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, baby shower and bridal shower and more. In order to maintain privacy and security, all event rentals are required to have a door-person on site, from our list of selected personnel, for an additional fee of $100. Alcohol is permitted on site and arrangements in that regard, which best suit your needs, can be made. Bookings require a 1 hour minimum and an additional charge of a cleaning fee ranging from $100 is required.
