Millburn Middle School provides educational opportunities to students in grades six through eight. It offers various academic courses, including language arts, social studies, physical education, science, math, French and Spanish. The school also offers several half-year elective courses for eight graders, including American law, cooking courses, debate, drawing, film and literature, photography, preparation for American Idol, technology education and theater arts. Its cycle program provides opportunities for studies in art, communication arts, general music and writing to the point. The school has a guidance program that assists students in anger management and fosters self-awareness and self-esteem. Its media center houses more than 18,000 volumes. Millburn Middle School is located in Millburn, N.J., and is a part of the Millburn Township School District.
