I've been a customer for 10 years. I like the people and location. They have always been helpful and kind to me.

Terrible horrific demonic customer service, poor quality high priced products that break in a day, no refunds or replacements. Run run run away as fast as you can!!!!

The owner (The older Man that's usually their) is the most rude person i have ever experienced at a place of business. Please do not waste your time with "Tobacco Town" you will be treated with complete disrespect and possibly get screamed and yelled at like me and my friend did the other day while in his store looking at pipes to buy. Apparently he has his own policy where he is too lazy to show you anymore than 3 pieces out of the glass case before you buy. Which i would highly suggest you do since two of the three pipes we looked at had cracks in them, Which we kindly tried to explain to him, but he became very hostile and irate and literally started yelling and screaming at us that "He doesn't need our business, and the pipes are in a glass case for a reason". It was absolutely the WORST experience i have ever had at any store in my entire life. Complete lack of any customer service skills and totally rude. I WILL NEVER GIVE HIM A PENNY OF MY MONEY EVER AGAIN. NOR SHOULD ANYONE ELSE, SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND JUST GO TO ANY OF THE OTHER TOBACCO STORES IN THE AREA.

They have a policy NO RETURNS on their crappy products, which you don't find out till after you have paid for the product. b/c it tells you on thier reciept!! Plus they are very rude!!!
