Dog was "too far gone and cannot be helped by anyone" they said that no one groomer would touch him and called him a "poor baby" and looked at me thoroughly disgusted when in fact it's her laziness, lack of confidence & incompetence that resulted in them telling me to leave. I took him home and shaved him myself. It took time. The first time I went they called after an hour and said they could not finish due to time. I said I would pay more, they refused. Do not go here unless your dog just needs to be hosed down. My 3 daughters had been waiting for their puppy's day at the salon for weeks as we had saved the money for months being on a right budget.

I do NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

My dog has been there a few times and always comes back with fleas since they let all the animals roam about together. They also only accept cash, no other forms of payment and they have very limited hours to drop off and pick up your pet. I have now gone to Pet Care in Bothell which is minutes away, up Seattle Hill Road and it's beautiful and my dog smells way better coming home than Puppy Love spray.
