THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. WAS SOLD TRAVEL INSUARANCE THAT WAS NOT LEGIT. UNABLE TO BE COMPENSATED ON ANY DEPOSITS MADE TOWARD TRIP EVEN AS CREDITS TOWARDS ANOTHER TRIP. WAS ALSO CHARGED A CANCELATION FEE ON TOP OF THE MONEY THAT WAS KEPT BY THIS AGENCY. YOU ARE BETTER OF USING EXPEDIA, ORBITZ OR TRAVELOCITY THAT ACTUALLY SELL LEGITMATE TRAVEL INSURANCE AND HAVE THE BEST PRICING. THIS TRAVEL AGENCY ALSO TRIED SELLING THE HIGHES AIRFARE TICKETS AND RESORT PACKAGES WITH SHOWING OTHER AFFORDABLE OPTIONS. THE TRAVEL AGENT WAS RUDE, UNPROFFESSIONAL, AND VERY ARUGMENTATIVE. SHE FAILED TO EMAIL, MAIL OR TALK ABOUT ALL TERMS AND AGREEMENTS ABOUT TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS, TRAVEL INSURANCE AND CANCELATIONS POLICIES. THEY HAVE HIDDEN FEES EVERY WHERE. DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCEY HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR FRAUD.

great people....really know their business. have been going to them for 2 years now. Treat you like you are their only customer. would recomend them to anyone wanting a great trip or get away.
