I was very impressed with manager (Mark) and clerk (Joyce) that I dealt with at the Milford store. I bought a braclet and the stones had fallen out of most of it. I took a chance on returning it or replacing it. I couldn't remember exactly when I had gotten it and had no receipt. In a matter of 10 minutes Mark had the entire issue resolved!! I couldn't believe it. Joyce had been on phone trying to get info on situation. Prior to her phone call she had discussed issue with Mark. Mark left counter said he would see what he could do. Within 5 minutes he was back and all was taken care of. Both Mark and Joyce were extremely helpful and got the issue resolved (even with smiles) in no time. Thank you both!! Love kohls!!!!!!
