SEM Retirement Communities is a nonprofit organization sponsored by the Southeastern Ecumenical Ministry. It operates various retirement living communities, including SEM Manor, SEM Terrace, SEM Laurels, SEM Haven, SEM Villa and SEM Food Pantry. The organization s communities provide various on-site services, such as laundry, beauty salon, pharmacy, library, transportation and recreation rooms. The communities also offer 24-hour nursing staff, assisted living and short-term rehabilitation. In addition, it serves patients suffering from Alzheimer s disease. The communities provide residential accommodation to people above 60 years of age. The organization is certified by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. SEM Retirement Communities are located in Milford, Ohio.
