i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI agree with all the other poor reviews that are on here....... The staff is extremely unfriendly and rude! I've was there a few years ago with a huge package I needed to pack, and my three month old daughter in-tow. I didn't have extra $ for the packing fee so I opted to pack myself, which they told me I could not do in the store. I was very upset and took my package to the car and brought over to the UPS store on 101A Nashua and they happily did it for me, at no charge. Today, I reluctantly dropped off a pre-paid package and alerted both workers (I believe one was the owner) that I put it on the counter. Neither acknowledged me and when I alerted them again they both said they were busy. I should've stuck to my gut and not gone there again, but I did and of course, had a poor experience. The Postal Center in Bedford is GREAT though! All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. DO NOT GO TO MILFORD POSTAL CENTER!!!!

Very helpful people. I run two companies and use the mailboxes for the address. They always get the best price for shipping options, so its not worth getting a Fedex account to send things. Also nice that they have birthday cards etc as I'm always forgetting important events until I get there.

I get stamps, cards and packing materials at this location. I have also used them to ship large, glass works of art to my family in Virginia. The art work always arrives in perfect shape and on time. The prices are very reasonable and I would recommend this service to anyone.
