While the grounds and townhouses look nice and rent is subsidized, the management is not that great. The resident manager thinks she owns the place and can do whatever she wants. The so called elected Board of Directors are hand picked by the resident manager and are a spineless group of 4 or 5 that never stand up to management. Repairs and replacements are done the cheapest way possible and the quality lacks. On the plus side, its affordable, close to town and not too many trouble-maker residents. If you can put up with the nosy, intrusive, two faced, lying and corrupt management team, it isn't a bad place to live...the shareholders just need to elect a new BOD and fire the management with extreme prejudice!

I think the staff is great very informative and helpful. If someone has a problem with that then THEY must be the problem--maybe they want everything for nothing or a pitty partythey need to grow up and get a life

If you can put up with Hot and Cold running personalities that run the office, it's great!
