I had a function planned at this location for 50 people. The day of the function, they canceled it 2 hours before it was to start. My house phone was called 1 day before the function and message asking me to call to go over some details ws left, however I did not get the call because I was away to attend the funtion. Although my cell phone was listed on the form that needed to be filled out to reserve the room, they never bothered to call my cell phone and share this information with me. I was told "it was not their fault I didn't call them back" when only a message was left on my home phone and my cell phone was never called. Also, when I did listen to the home message no metion of any possbile cancelation was on there. I will NEVER do business with this place. They are unprofessional and RUDE.

We typically do takeout and regularly. Today they wanted to charge us $2.00 for extra bread. For 4 entrees, we received a piece of bread about 4" long. When we asked for extra bread, we were informed by the bartender that we would need to pay $2.00 more. I was a bit perplexed, never having had to pay before for extra bread. I asked to speak with the manager, who came over, was very confrontational and borderline rude and adamant that we pay for extra bread. She cited the rising cost of fuel, food, etc. and said that if they gave everyone free bread, well that would be "a lot" each year. I asked what the % was of people requesting extra bread. She didn't know and she said that it's ok for them to serve extra bread to in-house guests, but not takeout. With that being said, we explained that we could go down the street and buy a large loaf of fresh italian bread for $1.89. They have also stopped allowing online coupons being used for takeout. We won't be going there anymore.
