I love their food. The pizza is excellent. We've been ordering from them every week for about 2 years. Mostly pizza and subs. We usually get it delivered. Once or twice there's been a minor mistake, but we're quite happy with them.

I will NEVER order from this place again! I decided to try them last Sunday. First problem was the delivery. The driver gave me a lame excuse that he couldn't find my house. IT WAS ON THE SAME STREET!!! But the biggest disappointment was the food. I ordered a pizza, my buddy a steak and cheese sub, my fiancee a chicken salad. We were disgusted by the quality of the food and we vowed never to go back. I am often asked where someone can find some good pizza. I will give them a list of good places and tell them that Pizza 85 is the worst that I have ever had in the commonwealth. Please heed my warning and avoid them at all costs!

Pizza was okay. We had a group of disabled adults and they handled the crowd well. BIG PROBLEM AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. Our chicken fingers all three orders were a dark fried color. Either the oil they used was old and something burned in it or they refried the chicken. I told the gentleman it tasted burnt. Right off the bat he used his fingers on my food and ripped the chicken in half and stated it was not burnt and then stated no one has ever complained. Poor treatment and never offered to make another one. I told him I wasn't going to argue and I threw the piece he touched in the trash. What happened to customer is always right. My coworker found the chicken fingers to taste awful also. It tasted like burnt toast. My guess is they figured disabled adults can't tell the difference. Guess what they didn't like it either. I went hungry and will let people know the poor treatment received there. I'm still in shock the guy touched my food & had touched money and never even replaced it!
