I have generally had evening appts. (which I don't really need) but kept because I liked the cut and color I got with that stylist. The last visit I told her that I wanted it exactly as the time before. She said it would be too light for me going into winter and thought we should just do the roots. ?? I did NOT like the cut and my hair really needed color all over after a short time. I called the salon to ask for an appt. w/Peggy and told Debbie why. Our call ended up getting "cut off". I called back and had to leave a message when no one answered. They have yet to call me back. I've been a good customer and it is sad that no one took my complaint seriously or offered to make it right OR gave me the courtesy of a call back if they didn't want me as a customer. I paid the same amount for a full color w/highlights or for just the roots and tipped VERY well. NOT GOOD BUSINESS LADIES.
