My wife was ecstatic when she returned home today and proceeded to open the gifts I strategically displayed on our kitchen table. In return, I received the best hug and kiss ever and I give all the credit to Mybambino!

Yesterday, my husband surprised me with presents purchased from My bambino He attentively noticed our lack of essential baby equipment and proceeded to search this online site for newborn supplies. I was presented with Set of Three Baby Bottles, Personalized Ladybug Bib, Lil Princess T-Shirt & Sweatshirt, and a Deluxe Victorian Rocking Chair-Espresso. My baby girl and I are so spoiled. I liked all of the items, however, my favorite gift is the rocking chair because the smooth and quiet back-and-forth movements enable my daughter to easily fall asleep.

I ordered a personalized popcorn bowl as a gift and received it promptly. However, the "handpainting" was badly smeared. Since it was personalized, there wasn't going to be any returning it. The good news? washing the painted portion with steel wool scrubbed the poor painting right off, and I was able to do it over myself before giving the gift. If you have any skill of your own, there's no point in paying for them to personalize it. Buy the item, and do it yourself at less of a cost.

I ordered a personalized piggy bank for my son. When it arrived, the colors on the bank were much much lighter than any of the pictures or the video on the website showed. They were so light, it was difficult to see my son's name. I contacted MyBambino and was told "that is our standard color pallet, there is nothing we can do". It's a real shame, the banks in the pictures look fantastic, but the one I got looks terrible. The customer service at MyBambino leaves a lot to be desired.
