We also train in low impact aikido for seniors in a friendly atmosphere. If you are a veteran come and try it for a month. We will be honored with your presence.

We train in empty handed techniques self defense. Also work defense against bokken (wooden sword) and the wooden staff (jo). We develop children's self-discipline and focus without bullying. For seniors we teach low impact aikido and at the same time develop balance and stability.
