Have always had great, fast, polite service. All the techs are attentive and do great work.

Being a manager in customer service, it takes a lot to upset me to the point of writing a negative review! I was hopeful when I walked in; clean place, polite staff- AWFUL JOB on my pedicure! I paid $35 to get bruised and re-do my toes when I got home! The 'massage' consisted of hitting my legs with the backside of a large wooden bath brush. I asked the man doing my pedicure to please be more gentle, as I bruise easily. Only when I yelled STOP! did he listen. I asked him to please cut my toe nails, which he did not do. I chose a polish assuming 2 coats would be done, so it would be a little darker. Nope- one coat and done! I asked for 2 coats and was ignored- he said "ok, done now, you pay now." The sad part is that I still tipped very well hoping for a least the so called free 5 minute massage to be a positive experience. WRONG! I timed it- a little over 1 minute. All in all- $45 later- I went home, gave myself a much better pedicure! STEER CLEAR OF SUN NAILS!

This is the cleanest, nicest smelling, polite nail place around. I have tried all the others and came back to Sun Nails. I have been going since they opened in 1995. You won't find a better place around
