.Dr. Kim is a very kind and non judge mental caring physician, Unfortunately her receptionist could seriously use a refresher course on how to greet patients. I had so much pain in my gums and lost a filling. My face was swollen. I asked If I could sign in to see Dr. Kim. The receptionist asked what's the problem. When I briefly described my medical problem the receptionist very unprofessionally just said, DON'T THINK YOUR GOING TO GET PAIN MEDICATION HERE! I think she thought I would leave! Dr. Kim did a great job Diagnosing that I had a severe gum infection. She knew I was in a lot of pain. She prescribed a antibiotic and something for the bad pain. The moral of this review is, Dr. Kim's very nice and professional. But, the receptionist needs a wake-up call! Remember Everyone is replaceable your not the doctor. This receptionist should respect all patients and keep she opinion's to herself! If not She needs to be fired.

Dr. Kim is the best. She takes time with you, remembers your last visit and takes the time to call and check up on you as you get better.
