Mathewson Elementary School serves more than 570 students in kindergarten through grade five. The school operates a parent-teacher association and media center that offers a range of magazines and fiction and nonfiction books. Mathewson Elementary School provides a variety of food services through the Milford School Lunch Program. The school conducts a range of extracurricular activities, such as field trips and skate and family learning nights. Mathewson Elementary School also offers a gifted enrichment program for students with special needs. Its academic curriculum includes reading, math, science, and health and physical education.
