I got my iphone screen repaired at cell phone world in the Milford mall. They told me it was under warranty for 3 months. The screen broke after 2 months. I brought it back to be fixed before the warranty was up. There was only 1 worker in the store. He told me he would replace it but I'd have to come back at a later date because he was alone. I came back a week later while my phone was still under warranty and a different man was there. He refused to fix it for free. He said it was my fault that it broke and he claimed that the warranty didn't cover the screen. So apparently the warranty was actually worthless. I told him about the other worker that told me he would repair it and he didn't believe me. He called me a liar. To make me go away, he gave me a screen protecter for free and said, "are you happy now?" I wish I had read the other review of this place before I had gone there. If I could rate it less than 1 star, I would. I'm putting this review up so that you won't make the same mistake I did. Don't go there and warn your friends.

Poor customer service. "Manager" was very rude when I complained about the $25 otter box like cade that I purchased from them didn't protect my kids phone from a slight drop. He was extremely rude and unprofessional telling me there's no 100% guarantee with the case. I drop my phone all the time but it's in an otter box and it never cracks. Poor quality products and the screen that they already replaced seemed weaker or less tolerant than original iPhone screen. Go to apple and get quality. This place is a chain and they are only nice when they are being paid.
