  To follow the guidelines, rules, and regulations set forth in our rental agreement, which the staff will review with you when you upon signing. You will also be required to make your monthly rental payments in full and on time. It is important to notify the staff if you have any changes to your account information (address, phone, payment information, etc.) and give proper notice when you are vacating the unit. Always be respectful of other customers and maintain a clean area around your storage unit. Lastly, upon vacating, remove all stored contents from the unit. Valley Mini Storage does not offer any rubbish disposal services.
