Sunday morning we woke up with no heat. We called M E Plumbing. When service man arrived we asked him to please take his shoes off. We have white carpeting. His reply was, "No, I can't do that." Because it was Sunday morning and we had no heat, we had no choice but to let him proceed. He looked a short time at furnace and thermostat, while tracking all over our house, and decided we needed a new circuit board. He didn't have one in his truck. We managed to locate a circuit board and paid over $200 for it. That was not the problem. We had to call another furnace man Sunday night. It was only the thermostat that needed replacing. That cost $80. We could not return the circuit board. We would never recommend M E Plumbing. the disrespect for customers home and low level of skills.
