The owner of Red Corner, Sam Su, came from Beijing China 15 years ago to attain a Master's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at UNLV. Having spent the last decade plus in the industry, it is with great pride that Sam and his family introduces the Red Corner China Diner and its authentic Szechwan cuisine; widely known as one of the great regional cuisines of ancient and present day China.
