Received a letter from TACS who misidentified my business, yet had me listed by name, and notified me of an business automobile tax owed a Virginia City. When notified of their error and my asking for something in writing stating so, I was told it wasn't their problem, and that I would have to deal directly with the State Corporation Commission and/or the City in question, but they would mark it as a "bad" address for their records. Had the letter been addressed simply to the Corporation that actually owed the money with an incorrect address, I wouldn't have been quite so concerned, but it was to me, by name, for a debt and company that I had no connection with. That caused me great concern. Watch out for this company. Those who work there appear to be nothing short of sleazy when they incorrectly try to collect a bill from the wrong person or company.
