This was the best in store experience I had in ages. I went in to look at an office chair. The staff was extremely pleasant. The store manager Todd was unbelievably helpful. Really pleasantly surprised.I have a Staples near me. The store manager is so surly. She's too stuck up to answer your questions.I will be shopping again at OfficeMax soon.

We (Swift Creek Forest Products Corp) purchased a toner from OfficeMax, Midlothian VA yesterday that was damanaged. Toner was getting all over everything. My invoices, delivery tickets and checks were not suitable to be mailed. I called the store and spoke with the manager and ask could they put a new toner in the mail and I would send this one back that it was just to far to drive all the way back again but I needed a new one ASAP. He said he would call me back. I figured I'd never hear from him again or we would end up having to drive back and get the toner replaced. Not even five minutes later the manager called and said he had someone on the way to my office with a new toner...tell me that isn't good service! OfficeMax you will continue to keep our business!
