WHY SHOP KID TO KID For over 27 years, weâ??ve been paying families to recycle their great kidsâ?? stuff. Each year Kid to Kid stores across the country buy and sell over 2 million items. That means real cash money into the pockets of families in our community â?? giving a new meaning to SHOP LOCAL! Even more importantly â?? it means families are saving millions of dollars by shopping at Kid to Kid. It means a better life for their kids and a better life for their neighborâ??s kids. This place is horrible. I took in PRISTINE boxes of clothes which ranged from ralph lauren to Juicy Cotoure and was told there were stains on them and that they weren't folded well enough. I DROPPED THEM IN THE PARKING LOT!!! They offered me $15 which I took for the couple of items that they would take, and I took the rest to Once Upon a Child where they inspected the clothes and said that there were NO stains and couldn't believe the audacity of kid to kid. At all costs, stay away from Kid to Kid unless you absolutely have to find something cheap that you can't find anywhere else!!!

I recommend t his store to all of my friends. They have the funniest, helpful staff in any store. they even keep a lookout for things that I want and call me when it comes in. I bring them my kids clothes and toys and get store credit because y of get more for y our stuff.

The staff there is terrific and very helpful. And I can trust them to tell me the truth when I ask their opinion. They are not out just to make a sale. It is easy to sell to them and I love getting the store credit because you get so much more. I just trade stuff in for new stuff. Since they opened up their buying hours, it is much better and easy to sell.

Beware---The buyers do not offer fair value for your items. About $1 per items in great condition no matter the brand name. For example--I got $1 for a pair of overalls from The Children's Place---excellent condition, only worn once. Save your time and effort and try another consignment shop.
