Willing to spend time making sure you get what you need and understand what you are getting. Huge selection of juice. I like 'em.

As a person with little or no knowledge about vaporizers I entered the store. While browsing their products I was approached by a very knowledgeable sales associate. After explaining my lack of knowledge and purpose for entering the store, he proceeded to walk me through the world of vaping. He educated me on the devices available (beginner to the veteran) including pros and cons for each device. After providing some information and my purpose we collectively made a selection. Then the fun of sampling the juice began, including learning about different nicotine concentrations in comparison to cigarettes. They were lacking the stock of some products, but provided an estimated time that they should receive shipment and I could call to verify they had been received. My experience with this business proved to be a positive one. #happycustomer#cigarettefree

This place gets a "0" rating from me, but I had to choose "1" because "0" is not available. Everytime you go to there you're always told "we don't have that in stock, but come back another day and we should have it in stock" and I've heard that excuse a lot! In case they don't know gas ain't cheap and no one has the time to keep having to come back for products. I've found they don't help customers in the order they come in, and many times I've had to wait to be helped so that an employee can help someone who came in after me (this has happened at both the Hull St and Colonial Heights locations). They do not stick by their products... if something is wrong with a product you used your hard earned money to buy and patronize THEIR business, their employees always find every excuse to make you feel like it was something YOU as the customer did to create the problem, not they sold you a faulty product! Of course THEIR solution to loyal customers is to buy a new product because "we haven't had anyone else to complain about that particular product!" Yeah right! Employees seem uneducated about their products. So if you choose to patronize their business, you as the customer are responsible for whatever doesn't work. One employee told me if they replace faulty equipment THEY LOSE MONEY, like you as a loyal customer ain't losing money! If you have money to waste on gas to keep going back because they never have what you want in stock and you are okay with being held responsible for products that don't work properly, then this is definitely the place for you. I refuse to set foot back in there for anything! I told one employee we can't keeping coming back as we work night shift and hadn't gotten any rest and we were tired, and their employee told me "well we are tired too"!!! Their customer service is awful and they only care about their own gain!

I was exited to see a new vape shop open so close to me......until I had a problem with a purchase. I had been in a few times to purchase liquids and batteries and all was good, but when a tank cracked that was a week old they simply tried to sell me another one. When I asked the employee if he thought it was strange that a new tank cracked so easily he responded "oh, you probably just over tightened it". Not sure if I'll ever go back if customer service involves customer blame?
